I want to welcome you to the blog where the discussion will revolve around the worst of everything.....from products, music, tv, internet and people. Everyone knows that it takes money to get the best, but it takes more than that to know what is the worst! I welcome feedback and ideas as to what you think is the worst.
Subject one: The Worst Generation.........the baby boomers.
Where to begin??????Draft dodging? Deferments? Drug use? Insider trading? Divorce rates? Bankruptcies? These were just some of their finer traits when they were young. Now they are getting ready for retirement. Are they any better?? Hell no! Now they want to preach to us about global warming, medicaid, the price of energy....where was all this enthusiasm when they could have done something about these subjects. They are the most selfish generation ever! They didnt fight in Vietnam (only the poor and minorities did) and now they have no fear sending our kids into battle (i am a proud independent who holds both sides responsible for the iraq mess). And how are they as grandparents you ask? Ha, thats an even bigger joke. They move south in the winter so they are conveniently unavailable to baby sit or even invite you over for a good meal (besides they never could cook anyway). This is the opposite of the way they raised their kids, whom they dropped off every other weekend so they could go attend the local swinger conventions or swap wives with the neighbor. And summers when the kids are out of school? Sorry, thats when they like to travel to any place other then where your kids will be. Sure you can stop by for lunch sometime in late July, just remember that they have dinner plans at the local restaurant with friends. Ugghhhh!!!! I just cant wait until they are alone in a nursing home.
